NRU Consulting LLC is an independent management consulting firm at 3722 West Boulevard, Los Angeles. We borrowed our structure from the newsroom because the newsroom solved a problem consulting still hasn't: getting verified findings out the door on deadline.
Senior Staff, Every File.
The conventional consulting model sells a partner's name and staffs the work with analysts. The client pays senior rates for junior labor, and the findings arrive formatted rather than reasoned.
NRU runs the opposite arrangement. Five desks, each led by a consultant with operating background in that field — the logistics desk is run by someone who audited freight invoices, the environmental desk by someone who has filed remediation plans. The name on the file is the person who did the work.
We serve private companies, medical practices, public agencies, agricultural operations, and industrial clients — wherever a disciplined outsider can see what insiders have stopped seeing.
